Same formula but numbers change with rows?

Hi,

Is there any way to automatically put in a formula for the top row of data, then have that formula apply itself to the rest of the rows?

For example, I have some data with is 3 columns wide, I need each row of 3 columns to be merged (keeping data) but with a comma inbetween each.

So the formula I have is - =A2&","&B2&","&C2 - Which works perfect.

But I have over a million rows, So doing this for every single row would take forever. The only thing that needs changing is the number in each formula, and the number correlates to the row number.

So I have:
Postcode - Long - Lat - Merged
AB10 1HH - 3.3847 - -2.383 - AB10 1HH,3.3847,-2.383

The merged is the one with the forumla.

So the A B & C in the formula correlates to the Column (Will never change)
And the 2 correlates to the row number. Will change with each row.

Is there anyway to auto do this?

Thanks, Sorry for the long post, and the fact I'm terrible at explaining things.

Hi and welcome to the forum

click on the cell with the formula in it - you will see a small black square on the bottom right corner...hover the mouse over that and double-click. That will fill down to 1 cell above the 1st empty cell in your data. If necessary, repeat until you have the formula copied all the way
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
