Count & Latest Date

Hi All,
I have attached excel file where in the data is filled and from that I need the summary with reference to the date mentioned in the cell H as per the example worked out.In Col H I need the count of co, Col I I need the latest code date for the co, Col J no of bills raised for the co, col K is the unique count of code no and Col L is the latest bill date for the co.
so if the cell date is changed to 19-Mar-2013 then the summary should reflect till date figures i.e it should not include the date of code date 20-Mar-13
Hope I am clear in explaining my requirement.

Thanks it does work. But now If i want to change the date in H2 to 19-Mar-13 what will the formula look like.
