Adding A Second Criteria To A Data Extraction Formula

Good morning! In sheet 2 of the attached, I have a formula that will extract the values from column B in sheet 1, where the values in column F in sheet one are below the value entered in cell N2 of sheet 1. I am needing a bit of help on adding a second criteria to the formula in sheet 2.

I would like to add a second criteria to that extraction formula in sheet 2 so that I can pull the values from column B in sheet 1, where the values in column F in sheet 1 are below the value in cell N2 and where the values in column G in sheet 1 are above the value in cell O2. It's a shame this particular project has a need for a formula for this instead of just using filters. I thought I had something figured out using multiplication but the formula I used was returning values where each criteria was met independently instead of finding where both criteria were met. I am sure a lack of morning coffee is to blame here but any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
All good ideas are courtesy resources from this forum as well as others around the web.

You can do this with the advanced filter, Take a look at the attached and see if it gives you what you're looking for.
