MAX function and formatting

I have a spreadsheet that has 80 measures as rows and about 220 measures in the columns. The rows are listed alphabetically, and the cells are highlighted based on certain percentage ranges (for example - in column C, row 35 the percentage is red because it falls below a minimum standard). I am using the max function to figure out the highest percentage in each column, however I can not figure out how to carry over the formatting of the cell with the highest percentage.....HELP!

Hi and welcome to the forum

short version...you cannot "carry over" formatting from 1 cell to another (without using VBA) However, if there is some logic behind wht a particular cell has a certain format, then that same locig may be able to be used to Conditional Format another cell
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
