Hi really hope someone can help me.
I would like to get the amount of calls entering (successful + not successful) within 30mins interval but the data will also need to be be separated into weekdays/weekends.
So basically calls for weekdays needs to be entered into the Mon-Fri column and the weekends on Sat or Sun.
Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

I see that you have done a lot of work on this on rcm, I was thinking of just pasting over the raw data from Column A - G and for the table to be populated? hence I Was looking into sumproduct?
Your option was good although it will require adding formula once the raw data has been extracted and pasted over to the worksheet?
It can also be automated using a macro, do you want to pursue that path?
