Return a value in a range of cells based on a previous formula

    Hi guys,

I got a question I can't seem to crack on my own.

I'm doing a financial model and I got one range of cells to populate (IF function) based on certain criteria. In a nutshell, things will populate in a cell if two conditions are met. Here is a sample: If A=X and B=Y, then populate the cell multiplying Z*V.

Now In the row below, I need to display a certain value in the cells based on a third condition.I do not know what cell I wanna populate so an IF function would be too long. I want to populate a cell based on:

If A=X and B=Y and the duration of the investment is say 8 quarters (or 2 years), populate the value Z*V in whatever cell meet the condition.

I'm attaching a sample sheet so that I hope someone could lend me a hand.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

To clarify: say that based on the first part one cell gets populated.
In the row below, I need to populate that one cell based on the amount of time (investment period) that has elapsed since the cell in the row above was populated. Say that one investment starts in Q1 of Year 1 and lasts 5 years so it will end in Q1 of Year 5. I need the cell in the column indicating Q1, Year 5 to display the value based on a multiplication of say V*Z. Can this be done somehow?

    Thanks a lot!
