Hey Fortis,
Small correction in the same formula that you just provided, when checked with the rough sheet which i provided you a a format, it worked on properly
But When checked with the original file, it gave me an error as (#N/A), request you to solve the same

It's because SUMPRODUCT, needs to use same ranges... You use this formula.
=SUMPRODUCT(('Evaluation Sheet'!$J$4:$J$38=D$3)*('Evaluation Sheet'!$N$4:$AP$36="N")*('Evaluation Sheet'!$N$3:$AP$3=NFA!$B4))
Use this.
=SUMPRODUCT(('Evaluation Sheet'!$J$4:$J$38=D$3)*('Evaluation Sheet'!$N$4:$AP$38="N")*('Evaluation Sheet'!$N$3:$AP$3=NFA!$B4))
