Auto fill worksheet cells based on certain criteria w/out leaving blank rows.

I've been work on this for weeks and still can't figure out how to auto fill data based on certain criteria with out leaving blank rows.
Here is what i'm trying to attempt, see attached: In my "Cathodic Protection Sheet", I what to auto fill data based on text in "Services" Column M. What i got so far is this Formula =IF(Services!M2="Steel",Services!B2,"") which works fine. However, I prefer it without the blank Rows.

I'd be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me. Sheers!

Try this in 'Cathodic Protection Sheet 2011' cell A5:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Drag Down, for the other columns, use the same formula, but change the red A 's to the appropriate columns (if your column headers matched on both sheets, you could index the whole range, then use a match function to return the appropriate column)

    See attached

    Hope this helps
