Complicated Sorting Sum Percentage and breakdown of data

I'm attempting to break down a sheet of data by a couple of things. First I need to break the information down into groups of 25, I attached a sample Spreadsheet, for Example Binder 1 would be Pair 1-25 Binder 2 would be Pair 26-50 etc. I then need to take the results in corresponding cells, say Binder 1 would need to add up the Cells T-AH but only for the cells that correspond to Pairs 1-25 and take a count of how many pairs, it's not constant could be anywhere between 1 and 25, are in that Group and put the numerical value in a cell. I'm pretty confused where to even start with this. I know how to sort and filter and insert functions but when it gets to the point of this complexity I am unsure of where to go with it.
Any Help you can give me would be greatly appreciated
