    How to make a formula for adding rows

    sorry, newbie. How do I make a formula to add same row like B2+C2+D2+F2 and automatically insert the new cell values for each column line Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Probably help if you upload an example however - have you tried the grouping function? Or Sum(B2:F2) or shortcut Alt=?

    I want to add formula G2 sum=(B2+C2+D2+F2) on row 2 and insert the same formula on line 3-150 but dont want to manually create formula for every line, how do I do this

    Thats easy...

    2 options.

    1. Type the formula =SUM(B1,C1,D1,F1) - Then hover your mouse pointer over the bottom right hand corner of your cell until a + sign comes up, click & hold & drag down to row 150.

    2. If your data in columns B,C,D,F is already populated.... do the same as the above however instead of click & hold & drag - simply double click the mouse...
