    display highest score

    Hi,

I am putting together a cricket statistics module. I have a couple of things i need help with.

    1) I have a column that displays the highest score. Sometimes the highest scores has an asterix to represent the batsman being 'not out' (eg, 55*). I would like this asterix to be displayed in the highest score column. If the 'not out' (eg. 55*) score is the same as the 'out' (55) score then i would like the 'not out' (55*) score to be shown.

    2) For the 'Not Out' column i need it to count '*' as a number.

I have attached the template for you to have a look.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Re: display highest score

ok sorry. I will explain in more detail. Hopefully you can understand this

    1) I have a column that displays the highest score (worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - E). In worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - K:L displays the scores from worksheet - October_3, Column D24:D38 and D49:D63. If a batsman is not out you select this in worksheet - October_3, Column E24:E38 and E49:E63. Worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - I:J grab those scores and displays the numbers including displaying the asterix if it is selected. I would like worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - E to display the highest score, but include the asterix (eg, 55*) if there is one. Also if the highest score (eg, 55*) is the same number that does not have an asterix (eg, 55), then the score with the asterix is to be shown.

    2) For the worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - D i need it to count '*' as a number from worksheet - October_3, Column E24:E38 and E49:E63.

Thanks again and I hope this makes it clearer

    Re: display highest score

That's brilliant. Works really well. Thank you very much.

All i need now is to get the 2nd point sorted. which is.....

    For the "worksheet - overall_batting_statistics, Column - D" i need it to count '*' as a number from "worksheet - October_3, Column E24:E38 and E49:E63"

    Thanks again
