Occurrences but if greater than or less than, But Show value, (not FALSE- TRUE)

Hi is David again,

Please can someone "light" my brain on lill confusion ?

I know how to count Occurrences, but thats not the problem, what i need is to

Count Occurrences of each Column on a Range, and starting on C33 TO AD33 Shows the occurrences of each string

Please note:
I know how to Count the Occurrences and get TRUE or FALSE if "great than" or "less than"

BUT what i need is to show the real value Greater than 3 and/or less than 6 Under each number (string)
e.i
03 ->3 times ( with out word time, of course..)


For this Task FALSE/TRUE is no good for me..


Please can some one advice me about this BIG trouble?

Please Find Sample on attachment, pointing straight on the problem.

From what you said, you only want to display the result when it's either 4 or 5, which are the only numbers that can match your rules

If you put that formula into cell B33, then copy it across to the right, it will give you the results you want

you did all the hard work
the number was already calculated in the formula you created on row 33 - =COUNT(B26:B32) I didn't need to change that at all
I just applied some logic to the result of the answer to that formula, like if it's greater than 3 and less than 6, if this it true, then display the result, if it isn't true, then don't show anything

you might need to change the formula a bit, cos I'm not sure if it was to include where the count is 6, none of your example data had an exact count of 6
adjust the formula as needed, like if it isn't to show 6's then change from <7 to <6

Yes, I realised about it not score 6, and is not problem.. i think the sheet doesn't have
Value 6 at this point.

But please, have a question .... The Result is showing Fine on Sample file (i sent)
and won't show on another Sheet.

can be the Cell Format?
You know Text or number for Leading zero Issue?

Your formula is working fine, but values won't showing on the other sheet.

quick solution might be to replace COUNT( to COUNTA(

changing from count to counta might work

Your formula Count it's working fine, (The COUNTA) not work, I Think
for sure have to be a mistake of my Own. jaja
(serious, some time i'm lil dummy, but i try not to be.. lol )

Yes.

Indeed, this is the Sample file that won't accept the Formula. or won't the values after formula entered.


Error might be because of a Cell Properties (Format Cell ?)
I can't find it.. Sorry
