Good Afternoon, is there a formula or macro that can be used to pull rows of data from current sheet to a second sheet ? I have equipment issue spreadsheet that I need to pull the full row of data to a second sheet based on the date.

How much data is in the row?
If it's only a "few" columns then you can use a formula. If it's "many" columns then a macro would be a better choice.
Need more detailed info.

Columns A - Q is the data and Column P is the date. The date is in 01-Jan-13 format. If I have 10 rows with the 01-Jan-13, 14 rows with 02-Jan-13, and so on. How can I pull the rows to sheet2 with 01-Jan-13 date, and any other date without always doing a sort, copy and paste?
Does that mean the dates are in random order like this:without always doing a sort
01-Jan-13
10-Jan-13
05-Feb-13
01-Jan-13
21-Jan-13
01-Jan-13
How many total rows are there in the date column?
Yes, if a equipment issue is added after the orginal date, there may be some dates that are out of order. There is currently 800 rows in the spreadsheet and we will be adding new rows daily as equipment is issued out.

Ok, with that amount of data, 800+ rows by 17 columns, I would recommend using a macro to do what you want.
I'm not much of a programmer so someone else will need to help you with this.
