Linear "concatenating" of a random number of values...

    Hello,

In the attached file, I have a serie of 12 lines (lines 4 to 15) with :

    - identical values in each line (47 in line 4 --- 33 in line 5 --- 19 in line 6, etc).
    - a variable number of those values in each line (1 in line 4 --- 2 in line 5 --- 4 in line 6, etc).

The total number of those values is 40 or less (37 in the example).

I would line to "concatenate" these values in the way indicated in cells D18:AQ18

    - 40 cells starting with the number of values of line 4, then the number of values of line 5, etc...
    - If the total number of those values is inferior to 40, complete the last cells with zeros.

Thanks for any help. It is by far more than what I can do myself.
    Best.
    Askalian.
