Have a row change co lour when criteria in cells are met.

I was wondering if someone out there can help me, I have been trying to solve this for a while without success; I’m sure this problem will be easy for some but unfortunately not for me .

if Date in Column B:B is 300 days past the date nominated in the cell (=+B:B+"300") date is formatted in the cell as dd,mm,yyyy and A:A =”yes”, then that row changes to the colour to red.

Can someone please help me with a formula?

I have given a sample and E:E has been placed in only to show the calculation of B:B+300 days.

Conditional formatting in cell B1
=B1>refdate + 300

where "refdate" is the date your are referencing... Usually a cell value A1 or a named range as shown
