CSV to Excel convert problem

Hello everybody.
I am new in Excel , am I have a problem. I have a CSV file , I opened in Excel...but some of text it apear strange, like dates !
I dont know what I do wrong , or what I did'nt do it well. I try to find on youtube my problem , but no chance

Example :
-for 8.06 ..apear 08.iun
-for 1.93 .. apear ian.93

But not every sume ! See in pic... 25.81 is OK converted.

I put here 2 pics so you can see, and help me.
