look up multiple text and return a certain value

Hello I need some help with a formula please

In a column I have peoples initials. essentially they are two groups ie secretary or administrator.

I need a formula if a certain initial are in the column, the adjacent cell returns ie secretary or administrator.

Any help?

with this little information, a wild guess would be to use VLOOKUP. If not, post a sample sheet ( not a picture)
