    Analysing 3 columns of different data

    I need help to compile a formula that can evaluate the best performance factor as seen below. Which of these 4 examples performed the best, considering that heaver weight is as disadvantage but should not exclude from being the best performer. The actual list is much longer. The reasoning for this result is to show up the horse rider that performed the best for their weight over the time they achieved at the calculated speed. These results are recovered from the endurance time keeping system.
