Preventing a minus figure being displayed when linked to other formula

    I have a cell B9 containing the formula =MIN(B6,B6/ROUND(B10,3)).

Please would anyone be able to advise me how a minus figure can be prevented being shown in B9? In other words, once anything below £0.00 is populated in the cell, the word 'actual' replaces the minus figure.

    =if(MIN(B6,B6/ROUND(B10,3))<0,"actual",MIN(B6,B6/ROUND(B10,3)))

you could also use a custom number format if it's only the display that matters
    #,##0;"actual";0
    for instance

if at first you don't succeed try doing it the way your wife told you to
