Brought num. from 1 table to another, more conditions, revers cell(VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH)?

How are you?

I need some strange think to do , I have mane table with data and i want bring this data to another table with "same headrs" just turn them around....
I try VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH..... but i can't find solution...

Can you help me?

Put this array* formula in cell C21:

=INDEX($C$6:$H$14,MATCH(C$19,$B$6:$B$14,0),MATCH(C$20&$B21,$C$4:$H$4&$C$5:$H$5,0))

then copy across and down to suit.

*An array formula needs to be committed using the key combination of Ctrl-Shift-Enter (CSE), instead of the usual <Enter>. Use CSE again if you need to edit the formula.

Tnx for for that, i could help with that, but still dosen't do average of all values for specific key. Now just find the first values in cell...
