    Position of a Cell that contains a particular value

    I am giving the data first

    A(column)

    1(row)AVIJIT

    2(row)ARIJIT

    3(row) AHANA

    4(row) CHANDANA

    Need a formula that will tell that Chandana is in fourth position and it is not fixed


    Again in the Next List chandana may occur at any position.


    So for a particular value i need the position of the occurrence.
