Formula for a table reference....not even sure how to describe....

Hi all and super thanks ahead of time,

I have a table that tells me the number of Visits (web visits) that were associated with multiple keywords.

Column A is the number of Visits.
Columns B:O are multiple keywords (a keyword per column). There needn't be a keyword in a particular column.

I want to find the Top 20 Keywords by Visits.

So I want a Unique Values list that sums the Visits for each keyword.

I know I can do this manually by transposing each line of keywords and copy/pasting the Visits for each line next to each set of keywords and then Unique Value-ing it and SUMMATCH-ing it....but I need to automate this as I will receive a database dump each week.

Help? Suggestions? Any magic Excel commands that might help?
