If values in two cells match copy 3 other values formula

Hi,
I am trying to make a form submission easier for our staff.

Invoice number Customer Age Gender
2013419MANY1 HK 21-25 Female
2013419MANY1
2013419MANY2 PRC 46-50 Female
2013419MANY3
2013419MANY3
2013419MANY3 HK 21-25 Female

Basically I do not want them to have to enter the customer, age and gender every time if the invoice number is the same.
So I am looking for a formula like if invoice number = invoice number copy customer, age and gender information from whichever row that is not empty.


I have no idea how to set this up. Hope someone can help me.
