Comparing 1 Sheet to a Masterlist and removing the outliers

I have a list of about 460 names that I need to compare to another sheet which is a master list of 5200 names. Each sheet has the 2 columns for first and last names. So what I need to do is compare the two colmuns for first and last name of the shorter list to see which ones match up with the 2 columns of first and last name from the master list, and the ones that are not the same I need to delete the from the shorter list. If anyone could shed some light on how to do this that would be awesome. I tried a bunch of different formulas and can't seem to find one that works for me.

If I understand what you're looking for, something like this might help.

Non matches on the new list and master list will display as #N/A in the Match column. Therefore you can just do a sort and take care of all the "others" fairly easily.

OK well I got my cloumnA as the first name and column B as the last names and the they only total 460 people total. Then column C is 5200 people long. I need to compare columns A & b to column C, and I need it to highlight/delete which names on columns A & B are not in the master list (column c).

If you set up your data the way it is in the spreadsheet I posted above it will work out how you'd like.
