Determine value based on a set of criteria

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie to the forum but I've been following the posts and you guys are pretty good.That said, I need some help.

I want to be able to input a door size into a spreadsheet and based on certain criteria, I'd like it to return a specific value. I've inserted a picture of the spreadsheet so you will know what I am talking about. I am using Excel 2010 with a Windows XP system.
