    Using Sunproduct with OR function

    Hi All

I am using a sumproduct function however running into a problem.
I can use the function proficiently when trying to add various data together, however am having trouble using an "Or" function within the formula.

See the attached example workbook. My formula is in the Yellow cell.

I need to return a true value if :
Both Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 are met, and either Criteria 3 or Criteria 4 have the value "Y".
I do not want to add them together. (eg if both criteria 3 and 4 are "Y", this is only to show as true, not be counted twice.

A true response is either criteria 3, criteria 4 or both, when Criteria 1 and 2 have been met.
