    Mutiple outputs from different colums

I am working on a table and I need to seach an entire column, G for vaules ">=10" and then list the multiple task orders from column D

    Here is how it looks
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52465150-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH21 5
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52464550-02 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH22 1
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52459750-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH23 15
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52459850-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH24 10
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52465150-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH25 6
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52456850-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH26 11
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52465150-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH27 3
    CHEM 04/15/13 04/16/13 52446850-03 CHEMISTYPERFOMSAMPLE EMH28 32

Here is what i was hoping for
    Tasks Great than 10
    Count 4
    Task Orders
    52459750-03 15
    52459850-03 10
    52456850-03 11
    52446850-03 32

This table has over 300 entries and can very from week to week so I need it be open ended or at least to handle 500 rows. got the count if done, but tried using vlookup and index match and still not working. Any help?

How about using the AutoFilter on column G for Greater than or Equal to 10 ?

Tried and says reference not valid. Also want to be able to copy paste to other workbooks that are generated on a weekly basis, here an example file

    Hello,

First thing you can try is, as Jonmo1 suggested, using a filter on column G.
However, if you still want to use formulas, here's a workaround
    Chem.xls
For it to work, simply drag the last line with formula until you see blank (actually "" isn't counted as blank, but you will see no difference).

What said "reference not valid" ?

Here's a copy of your file with Autofilter applied (I inserted a row of headers, but this is actually not required).

I also put in a formula in I1 to give you the count of the filtered numbers.

Thats works but it hide other data that I need. I eventually want to be able to generate a new sheet with just the >= 10 information

    Filter
    Copy visible rows
    Paste to new location
    UnFilter original data.
