Hi everyone,
Im very new to this forum and to excel in general so apologies for my complete naivety here.
I am trying to use the attached Leave spreadsheet but am having trouble with the cell values.
The calculation of each cell appears to equal half Ie when I add a H in a cell for Holiday leave, the cell is valued at .5. I need this to be valued at 1 (1 whole day) and can not find a way to recalculate or change this.
Ideally I would like the option to be able to add either half days or full days for the main categories.
Can anyone help??
