Formula to verify date range

Hello
I am looking for a formula to determine if any date of a date range falls within another range. In cell D2 and E2 i will enter my start and end date, lets say 4/8/2013-4/21/2013. I need to determine if any date within the range in cells A2:B100 fall within the range of 4/8/2013 to 4/21/2013. Would like the result of "YES" or "NO" to be populated in column "C". Thank you for your help.
