Conditional Formatting Rows Based on Dates

    Hello,
I have been trying to do some conditional formatting and have been unable to get consistent success. Basically, my spreadsheet contains several columns and rows, one of which (row K) contains dates in the format of 4/17/13. I want to conditonally format entire rows based on the corresponding date in row K. For example, I want A45:L45 to be red if the date in K45 has occured within the last 30 days, or to be green if the date is not within the last 30 days. I have been trying variations of =TODAY()-D1>30, but cannot get both of my rules to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Figured it out. I wasn't using an absolute reference.
