Formula to Sort by one column and then another

I know the title is not going to really explain what I am looking for, but I will try to explain it as much as possible here.

I currently have my formula working to automatically sort my list of names alphabetically.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
wsreps is my list of names on my data sheet, which they also have a team associated with them which is wsteam. I need to alphabetically sort by wsteam first then by wsreps and just not sure how to incorporate that into the formula.

Any help would be great, and if I need to explain more please let me know and sorry about the title if misleading. Thanks!

Does this need anymore explanation, or a sample sheet?
