Conditional Formatting of a cell based on values of other cells

Hi Guys,

I need help:

Imagine 2 columns...

The first has a rule that all cells with values above or equal to 80% will have a bronze background colour
For the second column, I need to apply the same rule, but with an overriding rule like this: if the cell in the first column on the same row is 80% or higher then this cell being 80% or higher should be coloured gold.

So in summary, I would have the following outcomes:

column 1)
cells less than 80% = no rule
cells 80%+ = bronze

column 2)
cells less than 80% = no rule
cells 80% or higher with less than 80% in previous column = bronze
cells 80% or higher with 80% or higher also in previous column = gold

Somebody please help.
