When I enter any thing into a cell It should be divide with a Fixed Value

Dear Sir,
I have one problem, If I enter any value into a cell the value should divide with a pre assigned fixed value and should show the result in the cell.
for ex: if I enter 455,798-00 into the cell it should show only 4.56 (455,798/100000). like wise if it is 233,324-00 it should show only 2.33(233,324/100000)
means the cell should be pre assigned fixed value of 100000. what ever the figure that i enter the figure should be divide with the fixed value.
Could you please Help me in this regard.

Okay... so do you want this to happen in all cells of the sheet or some specific cell / range ?
