Hi Forum!
Really hope you guys can help.
In the attached spreadsheet I have a CONTACTS tab. Within that tab there is table with Column A as a data validation drop down for "Pipeline". I am trying to find a formulaic way where if a cell in Column A equals "Prospect" the entire row of information copies to the "Prospect" tab. And so on for "Counseling", "Withdrawn", etc. If a contact's "Pipeline" designation changes over time I don't want that information to disappear, necessarily, from the other tabs, I would like it to just transfer the row information over to the current designation (Counseling, Withdrawn, etc.) tab. If this doesn't work, which I can already see the potential pitfalls for, then I understand and can work around losing the information from one tab to the next, as long as it all remains in the master CONTACTS tab, which of course it should. I hope this makes sense.
I have been fiddling around with "ifs" and "thens" and "isna" and "iferror" then "row data" as potential solutions I've found from other threads but to no avail. I also really need this to be a formula because the spreadsheet is being shared via Skydrive and macros won't work - I am also just a beginner when it comes to macros and get really confused fast/also wouldn't be able to replicate one... I'm hoping I can get help with this formula and then replicate it on my own for other purposes in the file.
Thank you all for your help!
