    Combining data from columns

    I want to combine data.
Example. I have Columns A-G with information that I want to combine together in Column H to form an Employee Member ID.
    A is the State
    B is Agency ID
    C Modifier
    D Owner/Agnet
    E ID Mod
    F Sub or Referal
    G name (not used)
H will be the member ID, I want to Combine AB-CD-EF

    CA555-01-01S
If this makes any sense, does anyone know how to do this?

    =A1&B1&"-"&C1&D1&"-"&E1&F1
if the agency id is digits and you always want the same length say 3 digits eg 055 not 55
    =A1&text(B1,"000")&"-"&C1&D1&"-"&E1&F1
