I have the following formula which doesn't work
=SUMIFS(Source!$G$2:$G$400,Source!$A$2:$A$400,comp!$A40,Source!$F$2:$F$400,"=>"&comp!I$2,Source!$F$2:$F$400,"<"&comp!J$2)
There's nothing wrong with your formula so there must be something wrong with your spreadsheet. You might have numbers as text, or hidden characters or spaces. Either upload the spreadsheet without any confidential data or try Troubleshooting it yourself. See what happens when you omit some of your criteria and try to narrow it down to what isn't working. Then examine those cells and figure out why not.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
