Issues With VLOOKUP When Looking Up A Time

    Hello
I am having trouble with a VLOOKUP. (file attached)
In cell Q2 and Q3 they should both be looking up the percentage for the current time but they will not.
I have had a sheet working like this before in 2003 but just can get this working in 2010?
    All help welcome!
    Thanks Ben

Note that the current time is not updated automatically, untill there is any change in spreadsheet (hit F9 or type something in any cell and hit Enter).
To let it updated automatically, may be VBA is needed .

    Hi bebo
I have managed to work round this now and I have a macro that refreshes the sheet every minute.
    Thanks Ben
