Double lookup formula

Hi, I need to have a double Vlookup formula of some sort.

Data in sheet 1

Division Account $
800 6006011003
804 4001010301
804 5101010018
810 4001010401
810 4001010601


Data in Sheet 2
Division 800 804 810 811
Account
4001010701
4001060001
5101010001

I need the Values from Sheet 1 to pullup to sheet 2 in the appropriate columns. Please help. I did an If statement with a vlookup, but it is not returning the correct value. Thanks

none of the accounts on sheet2 match sheet 1

how is the match to work
