SUMIFS/INDEX/MATCH--looking to assign array based on Prod description & date to assign qty

    Novellas sheet2.xlsx

Per the spreadsheet attached, What I'm ultimately doing is assigning the "Invoice Qtys" in the tab named "loc data" to the correct "Upload" columns (whether "Volume (Gal)" / "Flush (Gal)" / or "Transportation Cost ($)")--based on the "Description" assignment spelled out in the "Reference" tab

The tab I have listed as "Reference" shows which product Descriptions fall under which columns in tje "Upload" tab, for instance, (looking in the tab entitled "loc data")any "Description" called "floam tds volbatch" will fall under the "Volume (Gal)" column (col E) on the sheet "Upload"; likewise, any "Description" called "King Substitute, blk flush" will fall under the "Flush (Gal)" column (col F) on the sheet "Upload", & moreover, any "Description" called "Treatments" will fall under the "Transportation Cost ($)" column (col H) on the sheet "Upload".

    Or to say another way,
In "loc data" tab, for every "Name" and unique "Deliv.Date," the ascribed "Description"--which corresponds with a specific column found in the "Upload" tab/sheet (either "Volume (Gal)" / "Flush (Gal)" / or "Transportation Cost ($)")--which the assignment of what "Description" goes with what column in the "Upload" tab is defined in the "Reference" tab-- based on this assignment relationship, place the ascribed "Invoice Qty" (listed in "loc data" tab) to fall in the correct column in the "Upload" tab (whether that be "Volume (Gal)" / "Flush (Gal)" / or "Transportation Cost ($)") based on the relationship defined in the "Reference" tab

As you'll see in the attached spreadsheet, there are hundreds of lines of data: I would like to utilize SUMSIF, or some combination of INDEX/MATCH but am not sure how to define the argument.

    Looking for some guidance.

    Thanks

Something like this then? Note that these are array formulas, they have to be entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

I converted some of your ranges to Excel Tables, makes it easier to get the correct ranges in the formulas.
