IF or Lookup to filter a table

    Good Afternoon All,

Could I ask for some more advice please?

I have a data table that shows me how many of each type of product that I sell is required on each delivery route, copy attached

What I want to do on the second tab is to filter out by round what is required whilst removing any products that have a zero requirement.

So i'm looking for a formula that will return the product description and amount based on the route number typed into the A1 cell.

I tried a pivot table but the extract report varies in size each day and the people who need to use it aren't familiar with pivot tables especially if they have to reformat it.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jason

By adding a helper column, does the attached work?

    That is a nice solution.

You could add a Data Validation list to C2 to make the selection very easy.

    Nicely done.
