    if, then, else conditional formatting

    Hi.

I'm trying to format a cell red if it meets one criterion, green if it meets another and blank if it meets none of the two.

To be specific: I want to highlight a cell red if it corresponds to today's date, but green if it corresponds to today's date AND this date is equal to or in between two dates specified elsewhere. Is this possible?

You would simply need to create two conditional formats, and prioritize them accordingly.
In this case you would want your Green formatting to apply first, then the red formatting.
