I have a list of states in the first column and a list of transporters respective to each price on the top row. I need to pull the lowest price for a given state (i.e. if the state matches the state listed in another sheet/cell). I also need to pull the transporter for said lowest price. Help?

You can do this by using simple MIN and VLOOKUP.
