Im looking to set up production standards based on hours worked vs cases picked average

Basically I want it to look like this

If Joe starts at 7PM and works til 3am he has worked 8 hours total. he picked 700 cases in 8 hours with an average of 87.5 cases per hour average.

Can you help me please

Hourly Average =C1/((B1-A1)*24)

Where
A1=start date/time
B1 = stop date/time
C1= Total cases
