have a column of data, want a parallel columnn displaying only the unique values

I have A1:A100 which is all formulas resultiong in either (a) blank in the form of "" or (b) a date

I want B1:B100 to be populated w/ just the unique values, please

Is this something that you will be doing more than once and so wish it to be an automated process? Or just a one-off? Do the unique values in column B need to appear in the same order as in column A?
