    extract text from cell

See example data below I need to extract the name from each jersey in cell A and place in the cell beside in column B. I can get a formula to find the Name on Back: text and print the characters after but how do I make sure it only prints the name and not any of the text that can can come after it sometimes

A1 Champions Jersey [ Name on Back: Jimmy ]
A2 Losers jersey [ Long Sleeves: Yes ] [ Name on Back: Bob ]
A3 1989 Retro home Jersey [ Name on Back: Elvis ] [ Long Sleeves: Yes ]

    Many Thanks

    =TRIM(MID(A1,SEARCH(" back:",A1)+6,FIND("]",A1,SEARCH(" back:",A1)+1)-SEARCH(" back:",A1)-6))
