    date and time

    Hi All

I am wanting a spead sheet to work as an mot booking log,
i have time slots to book for an eight hour day, obviously they dont get
booked in in time order so is there a way to book a slot at say 8am the time to complete the test is 50 mins so could it calculate the next booking time to be 8.50am? also some body could then book a slot for 12.30 is there a way to add this booking but still show the before and after booking slots free?
Or am i asking to much from excel?
    what would you suggest?

    regards
    Peter

    Hi peter renton

Perhaps upload a small spread sheet with dummy data with your expected result.

    Hi

i have attached a copy of what they are using at the moment, its all a bit messy, but i can redo all the other bits, the booking times are entered in first column and job duration in another.

I am after the sheet to add on the duration to the appointment time giving the next free appointment time,
