Particular items are shown based on a dropdown selection

    Hi everyone,

As illustration, I have added an excel document in attachment: example.xlsx
I have made a drop down list. It would be nice that if you select a certain sales employee (or sales manager, ...), then only the customers of this particular sales employee (or sales maanger) are visible in the list.

Someone has an idea how to do that?

    Many thanks for your advice,
    Best regards,
    Mathieu

The attached should help you. I've moved you drop down choices on to a new sheet. A third sheet then has the filter view for you.
Let me know if this is different to what you want to achieve.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate your effort.
It's exactly what I want, but I didn't think it would be so difficult
I have implement this on the real data sheet and everything works perfectly.

    Thanks,
    Rgds,
