Creating a Dashboard in excel

Hello everyone my name is sheldon and I am a Queuemanager where I work. I am responsible for reporting. I started building a dashboard in excel but i need a vlookup formula to pull info from different sheets for a specific person. Anybody knows any?

can we see a sample of the sheet , with dummy data
does vlookup not work - you could try index/match

Sorry for taking so long to answer, my job is quite demanding lol, I've attatched the worksheet.

you could use a pivot table for the chart which would have a dropdown

However, the way you have the data structured , it may require a lot of formulas to actually pull all this together
Is the data formatted this way for a reason
if you added a Date column and titles for the W1,2,3,4 - then you would be able to use pivot tables and charts to produce the summary and dashboard

I'm sure someone else would have dealt with this type of data and may have a solution, I cant think of an easy way
