Excel Formula Quirk

This is more of an OCD annoyance than anything actually wrong. I'm doing a basic cash flow type spreadsheet. Adding the previous amount to the transaction amount calculating a running total. At one point where it should be exactly 0 ($- since it's in accounting format), there is a slight rounding error. I copied values into the last column and it shows a random decimal has mysteriously appeared. I checked and all manually entered values are two decimals or less. The only other thing I notice is that when I enter the cell to edit the formula "AVERAGEIFS" shows up in the name range. I think this is because I am dealing with negative number, but not sure. Does anyone have any idea what could be happening here? Pictures are below.

Thanks, that makes sense. I had never seen this problem before. The rounding formula worked.
