    Number of Employees Scheduled Before and After Time Periods

    Ok folks,

    I have made it pretty far searching and experimenting but I have hit a wall.

    I am trying to count the number of employees working before and after a given time. Calculating the employees working inside the window have been accurate but I can't seem to figure out how to count the employees after the window accurately. I have attached a workbook and highlighted the fields that are inaccurate.

    Thanks for any help!!!

    This is the formula that I have come up with:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(($F$3:$F$56<$S$4)+($G$3:$G$56>$S$3)+($F$3:$F$56>$G$3:$G$56)=2))

    F= Start of shift
    G = End of shift
    S3= Start Time
    S4= End Time
